How do I care for my jewellery?

General Care Tips:

    • Keep different types of metals and gemstones separate to avoid chemical reactions and damage.

    • Remove your jewellery before using household cleaning products, perfumes, lotions, and hair sprays.
    • Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals, such as chlorine in swimming pools or saltwater, which can damage metals and gemstones.
  3. Clean Regularly:

    • Gently clean your jewellery with a soft cloth to remove oils, dust, and dirt.
    • For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water with a mild soap and a soft toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a lint-free cloth.
    • Avoid using ultrasonic cleaners or harsh chemicals, especially on delicate or antique pieces.

How do I care for my terracotta clay jewellery?

Terracotta jewellery can be worn and enjoyed just like any other piece of jewellery. There are some basic things you should do to extend its life and keeps its appearance looking good, however.

Unfortunately we do not offer any custom design service at this moment

Are your products ethically sourced? 

We endeavour to source all our products from respected suppliers with good track record on environmental and social policies and practices as well as responsible employee care and pay practices.

This is relatively easier where we have direct manufacturer sourcing relationship. However, we endeavour to question and check as much as we can for wholesaler and intermediary sourcing scenarios.

Do you offer repairs or resizing services? 

Unfortunately we do not offer repair or resizing services at this moment

Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging options?

How do I know if a piece of jewellery will fit me? 

We have included dimension information for our products and these can be found on the individual product information pages. Please verify your requirements against this information before making any purchases.
